Applicant Rating System: Each candidate can be rated and categorized as Qualified, Rejected, or Top 5, facilitating a structured evaluation process.
Job Ad Management: Recruiters can create new job advertisements and track the progress of existing postings, ensuring effective communication of hiring needs.
